Babyole.PH gathered the services of local couriers in the Phillipines. Please make sure that you have provided the correct delivery address and the recipient’s name.
Within Metro Manila - Php160 - up
Outside Metro Manila (Provincial) – 185-up
Shipment of order will send out the next business day after we have received the confirmation.
Delays and other courier related concerns can be addressed directly the Courier Service. It is also best to inform us of any unacceptable service of courier. No deliveries during Sundays and Holidays.
BabyOle.ph will exhaust all the assistance in tracking the item but please note that we do not have control on the circumstances of the courier company.
Delivery of purchased items after the confirmation receipt of payment:
Within Metro Manila – 2 to 3 working days
Outside Metro Manila - 3 to 7 working days
BabyOle.PH is not liable for any lost or damages incurred during transit.
Returns & Replacement
If ever you have found our items have damaged or faulty please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from receipt of the item as we strictly enforce this rule.
After we have received the damaged item that is the time we will refund the full amount.
Please take note that it doesn’t cover the damages incurred during mishandling on the part of the buyer and during the delivery.
If you have found out that you have purchased a wrong item, please also advice us thru email email@example.com within 7 days from the receipt of purchased items.
Said item must be in good condition, unused, unwashed, as well as the packaging must be in original form.
A corresponding delivery charge will be handled by the buyer for both delivery and return of the replaced item.
